This year’s event will be held on October 23-24 at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center.

The 2025 Spring Leadership Conference theme is “Inspiring the Leader's Heart”.

The program kicks off at 7:45 am following breakfast on Thursday, October 23 and Day 1 concludes at 4:45 pm. Day 2 begins with a District Networking breakfast followed by the first session beginning at 8:00 am and the conference concludes at 2:00 pm.

Pre-registration is required for participation in the event. Early-bird registration closes September 22, 2025 at 5:00 pm CST. 

Individuals are allowed to register after September 22 (early bird deadline), but registration fees increase. 

No registrations are accepted after October 13, 2025

Refund/Cancellation Policy - Registration fees, less a $50.00 enrollment processing fee, will be refunded to registrants who cannot attend and notify the Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing office in writing of the cancellation before September 22, 2025. No refunds will be made after September 22, 2025. 

The Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing is seeking poster abstracts from Minnesota nurses and student nurses for the 2025 MOLN Fall Leadership Conference. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your research, evidence-based practice or quality improvement to nurses from across the state participating in the event. Accepted submissions will be featured as poster presentations at the Fall Conference and the author(s) must be present at the conference for questions/feedback during a special poster viewing session.

DISCLOSURES

Successful Completion – Participants must check-in on both days, participate in all educational sessions, and complete the online evaluation to receive a certificate of completion.

Contact Hours – Participants meeting the successful completion requirements will receive 11.0 contact hours

Relevant Financial Relationships – No relevant financial relationships were identified for any member of the planning committee or any presenter/author of program content.

ACCREDITATION

This activity has been submitted to the Midwest Multistate Division for approval to award contact hours. The Midwest Multistate Division is accredited as an approver of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS

Sleeping rooms have been blocked for the Minnesota Organization of Nurse Leaders at two locations for the evenings of October 22 and 23.
